Describe the symptoms. A diagnosis visit finds the cause, and the treatment plan tells you what it takes. Call or text, or send the form.
Burning smell, sparks or a hot panel? Turn off the breaker or the main if you can do it safely, then call (828) 999-2991. Fire or smoke: get out and call 911. For a downed line, stay clear and call your utility.
